Cell Phone, Where are you?

I have mentioned that life is a little more difficult without a DVR, right? Well, since we watch exactly one thing on TV all week (American Idol), it's not such a big deal anymore. Side note, did anyone watch that show Moment of Truth after Idol last night? They give people a lie detector test and all they have to do is tell the truth to get a half million dollars? Easy right? More like a super uncomfortable hour of television as they asked one guy if he was putting off having children because he felt his wife wasn't going to be his partner for life. His truthful answer was yes and his wife looked mortified. Yikes.

Anywho, I have lost my cell phone. I don't believe it is truly lost as I have never lost anything of such importance in my life. The problem is that it was dead when I lost/misplaced it so finding it is considerably more difficult than if I could just call it. Oh, and it didn't seem to make it out of the Boise airport. So I suppose it may actually be gone. Well, I can't remember having anything inconvenience my life more than losing my phone. I have realized that 90% of the time I am in the grocery store I call home to see if we have or need something. Or I'll think to pick up something for dinner but I can't call Jake to see what sounds good. How about if I am running late somewhere, I'll just call them and let them know. Except I can't. To make matters worse, I do not have insurance on the phone and it will cost $169 to replace it. Luckily I only have 21 months left on my contract and then I will be eligible for a new phone. I was in a quandry this evening about it so what did I do? I called my mom. She's hooking me up with her old phone and getting that package in the mail will be like Christmas morning. Oh how I miss you cell phone. Too bad I won't be able to call anyone because I don't have any numbers. At least I can call Jake. And my mom. Here's your Mason pic...
